RadioVesti;DTV-EKB:482000:I999B8C56D0M16T8G32Y0:T:27500:0:670:0:0:43:1:1:0для запуска в в vlc выбираю УСТРОЙСТВО ЗАХВАТА - РЕЖИМЗАХВАТА (цифровое телевидение) - DVB-T , выставляю свою частоту 482000 ширину выбераю 8 - запуск и все появляется отображение канала, в моей ситуации первого как и у многих, причем со звуком все идет, теперь сама суть вопроса, как все каналы отобразить или выбирать следующий, или в какой другой программме более удобно, пробывал конфиг подпихивать в список vlc но у меня не получилось.

сейчас в параметрах аудиосистемы(пункт в меню) поставил выход ALSA выход USB Audio,рзультат никакого, еще запускал deadbeef-плэйер, в нем при проигрывании менял ALSA на Pulse и обратно, звук есть
у меня этот sox установлен, только как его прикрутить

Я уже писал, что это не повлияет на решение проблемы, у вас поддержка alsa реализуется ядром.
вот те данные и есть мой тюнер,но при выставлении галочки на на тюнере, звукне появлялся , может вам это о чем нибудь скажет
Могу только предположить, что стоит попытаться настроить вывод звука посредством alsa, а не PulseAudio, либо как-то (я не знаю, как) настраивать последний.
