Так замаскировал =virtual/httpd-php-5.4

cgi флаг у тебя выключен, включи в /etc/portage/package.use

cgi флаг у тебя выключен, включи в /etc/portage/package.use

Да нашел, но туговато с английским. Патч чтоли какой то надо наложить?
tyrnov, установка тестовой версии apache обязательна? Возможно, проще остаться www-servers/apache-2.2.22.

Там же написано про твою ошибку
load module mod_unixd - тебе нужно загрузить модуль mod_unixd
Вообще что касается веб-серверов, пхп итд, не советую ставить самое новое (особенно в продакшн), лучше -1 версия, выйдет следующая - тогда и обновляться, и то не факт, у меня в облуживании нигде бет нету, ядер 3-их вообще нет... 
Кстати zabbix на nginx прекрасно работает.
