Нормально всё.
Выполните:

 Консоль: root
[root@linuxforum.ru ~]# yast2 sysconfig set RC_LC_NUMERIC="uk_UA.UTF-8"

и перезагружайтесь.

verg, уже нет прежних ошибок, но в терминале опять кракозябры и знаки вопросов.  Появилось неизвестное сообщение, но разобрать все же не могу.
