Всем привет ! Решил попробовать редакцию саликса с кедами, до этого пользовал с fluxbox . Поставил сегодня утром обновил, но не полностью т.е. ядро оставил пока вот такой версии 2.6.37.6-smp , кеды тоже 4.5.5

Решил поставить драйвер на свою nvidia geforce 9600 gt, делал все как написано тут http://www.salixos.org/wiki/index.php/H … DIA_driver единственное отошел немного от плана и скопировал драйвер в /usr/local/src и ставил от туда, но так как саликс имеет 100% совместимость со слакой то думаю это ошибкой не является =) Проблема в том что драйвер как бы работает но эффектов нет =(

Шестеренки крутятся, потом разворачиваю на сесь экран и вот выхлоп консоли

Так, пока с виду все хорошо, но fps что-то маленький, мне кажется. У меня под виртуалкой такое:

$ glxgears
1746 frames in 5.0 seconds = 349.148 FPS
211 frames in 5.0 seconds = 42.167 FPS
198 frames in 5.0 seconds = 39.501 FPS
171 frames in 5.0 seconds = 34.120 FPS
172 frames in 5.0 seconds = 34.313 FPS
173 frames in 5.0 seconds = 34.498 FPS
599 frames in 5.0 seconds = 119.756 FPS

Это значит, что на цифры 60fps внимания не обращайте, просто включена вертикальная синхронизация.
Она, кстати, не влияет на отсутствие эффектов.

Эффекты в настройках KDE включены или нет?

compositeproto-0.4.2-noarch-1

PS. Версии могут быть другими.

И не такое возможно. Зависимости же отслеживаются человеком.
GLX, упрячтье пожалуйста вывод в теге console под спойлер или переоформите тегом code, а то больно много места занимает ab

По идее приведённые мною параметры вводить не нужно (включены по умолчанию).
Но всё равно пропишите и перезагрузитесь.
