Подскажите пожалуйста, как правильно настроить автопонижение частоты процессора? А то у меня 2800 MHz (дефолт) на всех ядрах постоянно висело. Хотя cpufreq-info вот что говорит

частота стала понижаться при простое. Но что то мне кажется что я не так сделал.
