Ситуация следующая имеется веб сервер uname -a

При создании сайта (использую панель управления Ispconfig развернута на другом физическом сервере) веб сервер httpd не стартует после перезагрузки, выдавая сообщение

Решил переустановить модуль mod_fcgid так как написано тут http://ru.ispdoc.com/index.php/%D0%A3%D … ntOS_Linux
застопорился на первом же пункте
yum install httpd-devel

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
При попытке откатить версию httpd вижу предупреждение о зависимости с httpd-tools. При попытке откатить httpd-tools вижу снова сообщение что сначала нужно откатить httpd в общем замкнутый круг.
Подскажите как решить проблему с mod_fcgid или как можно откатить версию httpd (т.к. до его обновления все работало).
п.п.с. откатываю пакеты командой yum downgrade packagename
