Есть репозиторий http://vault.centos.org/6.6/os/Source там пакеты исходников.
Для чистоты эксперимента удаляю все репозитории делаю yum clean all.
Подключаю репозиторий:

+ открыть спойлер

Установленные репы:

Или исходники только руками можно скачивать?

Скачать исходник можно так

yumdownloader --source имя_пакета

Установить его можно только через rpm, например

rpm -ivh исходник.src.rpm

Всё это делается от пользователя.

P.S. Не надо делать столько спойлеров тем более для нескольких строк. Используй тег code

Юм у меня даже объектов пакетов исходников не находил.

Сделал так на питоне:

sourcerepo = " http://vault.centos.org/6.6/os/Source"
response = urllib2.urlopen(sourcerepo)
html = response.read()
r = unicode(html, 'utf-8')
m = re.search('\"(centos-release.*.rpm)\"', r)
name = m.group(1)
url = "%s/%s" % (sourcerepo, name)
f = urllib2.urlopen(url)
data = f.read()
with open(name, "wb") as code:
    code.write(data)

Ну и к чему этот костыль, если есть yumdownloader?

yumdownloader  не находит пакета.

потому что надо указать source
